Il Vicolo B&B

There were several problems during our stay. The bathroom tiles had hairs stuck to them, as shown in the photo, and there’s no bidet. The bed creaks whenever you turn over, disturbing your partner. The manager wouldn’t accommodate a few simple requests. We couldn’t adjust the air conditioning because it was locked remotely; we wanted to raise the temperature by a couple of degrees at night, but had to put up with the cold. It also shut off during the night. At €100 just to sleep, that didn’t feel fair.

The little touches made this stay feel especially welcoming: there was an in-room coffee maker, fresh linens, Wi-Fi, and complimentary water and taralli from the owner. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the B&B sits right in the Itria Valley. I’d recommend it.

Angela was wonderful from the very first phone call, friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer our questions. The B&B is spotless and welcoming, with care given to all the details. Staying in the historic center let us soak up the Carnival atmosphere. We had a lovely stay and hope to come back. Highly recommended.

The rooms were clean and the location was excellent. Mrs. Marilù was so kind and helpful, too. I recommend it 😉
