The place itself is nice, but the service was awful. We'd booked two pool passes on WhatsApp last week, then arrived this morning to find it closed. When we called, they said they hadn't come to open because the weather was cloudy. We were shocked. A quick message to tell us it wouldn't be opening would have been enough.

We came for a day by the pool, and it was a great place to unwind. The panoramic view is unusual, the grounds are very well kept, and the infinity pool is amazing. There's a whirlpool, plenty of sun umbrellas, a lot of parking, and a bar as well. The owner was incredibly friendly.

Up in the hills, it's quiet and pleasant, and the staff were young, friendly, and welcoming. We spent the day at the pool, which goes from about 1.4 to 2.5 meters deep. You can get salads and other dishes at the bar on site.

The staff were fantastic and welcoming, and the place is a real standout in the Montalbano hills. The pool is both beautiful and practical, with breathtaking views. There's a bar and a choice of menus on site, so it's easy to spend a fully relaxing day here. Highly recommended.

The view over the whole city is beautiful, and the bar service is excellent. The pool is well kept, though it feels a bit small once more people arrive. There aren't many places like this in Pistoia.
