B&B Hotel Quarto d'Altino

The room was bigger than at other B&Bs and very clean, with decent WiFi. The air conditioning worked, though it was a bit noisy. The room was quite basic and showed some age. Breakfast had a wide selection, but the meat and charcuterie options could be better. Check-in was disappointing: on a very hot working day, I waited almost half an hour for the key and still couldn't get the rest I needed. A few small improvements could make the experience much better.

Only stayed for one night, but I really liked it. The room was great and the bed super comfortable. The staff were lovely, and breakfast was amazing. Online check-in was a big plus too. I could arrive and just pick up my room card.

We got a double bed made from two twin beds pushed together, and you could feel the gap a little. Nothing too bad, but it'd be worth mentioning when someone books. Otherwise, everything worked well for our stop on the way through. There's plenty of parking right outside, and a big supermarket next door for picking up things for the drive. The location suited us, and the modern, spacious room was really clean, with good curtains to keep out the sun. The staff were the best part, especially the night and morning receptionists, both friendly and helpful. We arrived at 2 am and the reception was open.

The shower pressure was low and it wasn't working properly. I told reception, and the woman came to fix it right away. It wasn't perfect afterward, but it was much better. The room was spacious and tidy, and the air conditioning could be adjusted, which helped in the heat outside. The elevator worked well, the receptionist was welcoming and helpful, and breakfast had lots of choices. It was a comfortable, quiet and peaceful stay. The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the train station for Venice.
