We definitely recommend staying at Davide&Franco. Everything was perfectly clean and pleasantly furnished, and breakfast was nice. The hosts were very helpful with communication and sent complete directions for getting there from the airport. Their clear website also has all the important information about Venice. Thank you!

The rooms look even better than the pictures, and ours was clean with everything we could have wanted. We slept like babies in the beautiful bed. Breakfast was small but nice. It's a great place to stay for Venice. The train station is a 10-15 minute walk away, and tickets for the train into Venice are cheap, with trains running often. I'll definitely come back to this bed and breakfast next time I'm in Venice!

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the service was incredible. The hosts were really kind and happy to give us directions, tips, and recommendations for public transport, restaurants, and more. This place was way beyond our expectations. If we return to Venice, we'll definitely stay here again.

Davide and Franco were very helpful and polite. The property was clean and nice, and breakfast was excellent. It's in a good location, about a 10-minute walk from Mestre station, with a bus stop for Venice roughly five minutes away. The neighborhood was okay, with supermarkets nearby. A very good experience, and I'd definitely recommend it.

We stayed for two nights and were blown away by this B&B. The room was modern and super comfortable, and breakfast was five stars. The owners are extremely organized and helpful. They first send detailed directions for getting there, then give you a handbook with everything you need to know about getting around Venice. Absolutely amazing.
