Breakfast was ready for us each morning, labelled and offering a good variety, with no time limit. We also enjoyed the peaceful, beautiful neighborhood and the little public park across the street with its ping pong table and basketball court. The building and interior were kept very clean, and the pool and tennis court next door were a nice option, with coaching available too. The staff were helpful whenever we had an issue. When I accidentally broke the gate key in the lock, they came and fixed it and replaced our key without charging us. High class accommodation. I’d highly recommend it for all these features.

Ambra runs everything with care and discretion, from the varied, generous breakfast to the extra services. She was always kind and helpful. The place is in a quiet area, but still close to amenities and some of southern Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches. We loved the connecting rooms, each with a bathroom and private terrace. They were clean and well equipped, with big comfortable showers, new quality mattresses, air conditioning, internet TV in every room, a fridge, ironing board and iron, clothesline, diffuser hairdryer and safe. Towels and bed linen were changed daily, with the rooms cleaned and beds made, even midweek. Downstairs there’s a shared lounge with a sofa and library, plus a spacious dining room that was clean and well stocked. The fenced courtyard has a fully equipped play area for children and a newly renovated swimming pool, both included in the price. It really has everything. We’d happily come back.

The room was spacious, with a big bathroom and shower, and came with a hairdryer and iron. We spent nine lovely days at this modern guesthouse, and the terrace with furniture was a nice spot for sunset drinks. The location is quiet and central in the Golfo degli Angeli, with a great supermarket open until 10 pm, a pizzeria, bar and pharmacy nearby. We went to Costa Rei, Villasimius, the far end of the Gulf of Pula, Teulada, and Cagliari, including Poetto beach. The services were great, the room was clean, breakfast was good, and we enjoyed the pool. As tennis fans, we especially liked being able to play whenever we wanted on one of the three nearby hard courts. Thanks to Ambra and Franco for being so kind, suggesting places to visit and being there whenever we needed anything. We’ll be back soon.

The room was okay, but there were no shutters on the windows. Breakfast was awful, just processed food, and it wasn’t always replenished for the next day, sometimes we were left with the previous day's leftovers. The worst issue was the pool and grounds: private parties in the garden went on until midnight with loud music. The rental price was said to include the grounds and pool, but they weren’t included.
