The value was amazing, with so much included for the price: a generous breakfast, a multi-course dinner every night, a huge indoor pool, whirlpool, several saunas, a gym, and plenty more. The bar was a nice spot to unwind before or after the day, and the prices were reasonable. It may be rated three stars, but the service and staff made it feel like a five-star stay. The views were amazing, the food fantastic, and the amenities excellent. My room was clean and cozy, just as advertised. It felt like a family business, not a dull corporate chain. I’m not into skiing or snowboarding, but the nearby ski areas are easy to reach. There’s a bus stop by the entrance, and the bus also goes to nearby towns. We got a free pass with our stay. I’ve already told several friends back home about the place and look forward to coming back.

I’ve stayed here for over a week this year and also two years ago, and I can’t wait to return. The hotel is in a convenient spot for skiing and other outdoor activities, and Vipiteno is easy to get to. The owners are responsive, the service is amazing, and the people who work here are the kindest. They adapted the food to different dietary needs, and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. After days spent outdoors, the clean sauna, pool, and hot tub were so nice. I also had a very relaxing massage.

I’ve visited in both summer and winter, across several years, and it’s consistently a solid hotel with outstanding food and excellent service. It’s a small business, and you can tell the owners put their time and resources into making guests feel welcome and comfortable.

I found the rooms spacious and very clean, the breakfasts very good, and the bar staff pleasant. I never tried dinner at the restaurant. The hotel is a little remote, so you need a car to get around.

Best hotel in Italy! I loved it all. The service is great, and all the workers are so nice. The waiters are really lovely too.
