Casa Vacanze al Conservatore

We were lucky to find this place. Up on a hill 723 metres above sea level, it has fresh air, nature, peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views, yet Il Centro Commerciale Ibleo is only 15 minutes away by car. There’s ample parking right on the property, and the pool and sundeck both look out over the panorama. Our dependance was spacious, with a very well-equipped kitchen, everything we could need, and the option to use a washing machine. Complimentary Wi-Fi was available too. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Rita and Giovanni were very helpful and easy to communicate with; Giovanni also shared a lot about the property’s history and surroundings, along with useful tips about other places worth visiting. We’d love to return for a longer stay and strongly recommend it for a visit to Sicily.

This is Sicily at its best. The hosts were great, and the location was beautiful and quiet. A soft breeze made it pleasant during the day and at night.

The pool is large, the view is breathtaking and everything was extremely clean. We’ve just wrapped up three days here with the family, and it was a wonderful, highly recommendable break. My three-year-old got to be close to nature and discover new things. No phones or TV, just a chance to recharge away from the daily routine that weighs on your mind. The farmhouse is spacious, divided into several distinctive apartments, with everything needed for cooking and several barbecues. You can count on Mr. Giovanni’s knowledge and availability, as well as Mrs. Rita’s wonderful support from afar. She was kind and always ready to answer questions. One useful tip, bring a jacket for the evenings. We’ll definitely be back at Casa Vacanze Conservatore.

The private pool was a real treat, beautifully maintained and filled with fresh water, and the breezy spot has lovely views across the Ragusa countryside. We spent an unforgettable week at Conservatore. Rita was attentive and available from our first contact, even from far away, while her father Giovanni was welcoming and helpful without ever getting in the way. The houses were clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. It’s a great setup for family gatherings or friends, with room to spend time together while still having privacy. A heartfelt place run with passion, and a lovely way to experience authentic Sicily. Thanks again to Rita and Giovanni, we hope to return soon.
