CasaCautha

Our four days at Casacautha were a fantastic last stop on a busy trip around Sicily, though I wish we’d stayed longer. Antonella and Stefano were so welcoming, and their care for the local land really stood out. You can see it in the wooden house, the carefully cleaned rooms, and the lovely breakfasts Antonella makes with genuine ingredients. They also helped us figure out how to enjoy these beautiful places, and the whole stay was a chance to relax body and mind from everyday stress. I’m sure I’ll return, this time more slowly and outside the busy season. Thank you for everything.

I wanted somewhere peaceful to watch sunsets every evening, and found that at Stefano and Antonella’s. Their home is new, clean, welcoming and relaxing, and they looked after us with genuine warmth. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, with local organic products, and it’s clear Casa Cautha cares about both its guests and the land. The hosts had plenty of ideas for things to do, from art and sports routes to visits and experiences at local farms. It’s also a handy base for getting around this part of Sicily. I came with my family and found time to unwind in the music room, while the children kept busy with ping pong, the garden pool and card games on the panoramic terrace. Two such friendly, kind people really warm your heart. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a lovely room with its own bathroom and sitting area, plus a splendid view of Marina di Ragusa. Breakfast was delicious, and the owners were extremely kind and attentive to everything we needed, even offering health and wellness services. The place feels magical, and leaving made us realize how much we’d miss it. It’s a peaceful, relaxing spot that’s also well placed for visiting the area’s most picturesque sights. Highly recommended. We’ll be back.
