The host was wonderful, helpful, and quick to respond, and we enjoyed having breakfast brought to our room each morning. We also appreciated the space for four and being able to walk to Ibla. The beds were comfortable, and the two-part family suite had an unusual layout, with interior windows upstairs looking down into the lower apartment. There were quite a few practical problems, though. The rooms had beds but no sofas, and the plastic folding chairs weren't comfortable for sitting around a meal. Even with a full kitchen, there were very few utensils, and the dishes still had bits of food on them. The lower kitchen cabinets weren't attached properly and could tip forward onto your toes. Using the microwave meant lifting and moving it because it wasn't plugged in and its door was blocked. The upstairs hairdryer couldn't be plugged into any of the room's outlets because they were the wrong size. The pillows were awful and flat, and a wide gap beneath the front door let in cold air and street noise. The apartments feel unfinished and could be much nicer with more attention to detail.
