Le Sirene gets the B&B part right, with breakfast made from local products and warm hospitality from the owner, who is from Ragusa. The team keeps the rooms exceptionally clean, and the design looks beautiful in the antique building in central Ragusa Ibla. After traveling around the country, I can say plenty of people seem to take B&B to mean bed without breakfast, but Le Sirene understands English better than most. For me, it's the most elegant bed and breakfast in Italy.

Franca, the owner, looked after us so well, from breakfast to answering any questions we had. She was always there when we needed something. Our ground-floor room had recently been renovated and was very comfortable, especially the big bed. There was always a complimentary bathroom kit available. It's handy for exploring Iibla on foot, and parking is nearby. You can still get into the historic center during ZTL hours by letting the owner know. We stayed several nights and would definitely recommend it.

We had a fantastic two-day stay and would happily come back soon. Everything in the rooms felt beautiful, welcoming, and thoughtfully arranged, and they were absolutely spotless. The owner was very kind and talked us through what to see and do in Ragusa Ibla. They also gave us plenty of ideas for planning our weekend. Full marks from us.

We felt right at home during our three days here in September. The room was clean and welcoming, and the stay was genuinely relaxing. The owner was so kind, always around and ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast had both sweet and savory choices and was excellent. I'd recommend it to anyone hoping to make the most of a vacation.
