The residence itself is modern, clean, and quiet. But check-in only after 4:00 PM is something I’ve never come across before, and I find it unacceptable. The photos show the upper floor, while the ground-floor room we got has barely any sea view. The air-conditioning unit on the terrace gets noisy and extremely hot. We had to keep the shutters closed to stop the people in the apartment next door from being practically inside. The sea isn’t accessible from here, especially with children, so you end up driving to Casuzze or Marina di Ragusa every time.

Residence Romeo is just a few steps from Marina di Ragusa’s golden beaches, with restaurants, bars, and supermarkets easy to reach on foot or by car. It also makes a handy base for visiting Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, and Modica. For the quality of the finishes and that central spot, I thought the price was fair and competitive. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean, and the whole property is carefully maintained. The furnishings are good, the air conditioning is quiet, and the Wi-Fi stays stable, which made it comfortable even for a longer stay. The owner got us the information we needed promptly, with Sicilian warmth and real professionalism. It’s a great fit for a couple wanting some romance or a family looking for convenience. I’d happily come back.

Everything inside is practically perfect and feels brand new, and even the garden in the photos they provide is kept impeccably. You can see the care and passion the management puts into this place. Five stars are absolutely deserved. If we come back to Sicily, we’ll definitely stop here again!

The host Marilena was kind and gave us excellent advice. The residence is quiet, and our apartment was brand new and clean. Beaches are close, either on foot or with a short drive, and there’s everything nearby, from a supermarket and deli to a bar and pharmacy. We’ll definitely be back next year.

Marilena and her family made us feel at home with their advice. We had a wonderful 7-day holiday with family and friends in this brand-new, well-managed residence. Highly recommended. TOP.
