The view from “Suite Sette” raised a question for me. This room isn’t shown on the website, where it’s described as sold “outside the tourist circuit” (verbatim). What is the old, unusual, wavy and chipped material covering the roofs? I don’t mean the traditional tiles. Perhaps the owners can explain? Reply to owner: The parts of the roof and the other structure’s roof that I photographed are on the property perimeter, where we could access them. I’ve attached a picture with the photographed sections marked in yellow, taken from your published aerial view. About room 7 being “outside the tourist circuits”: I wonder why it isn’t listed on the website like the others. Are you a B&B?

The inn’s design is beautiful, though the rooms varied from spectacular to not spectacular. We were traveling as a group and everyone paid the same, but our first room had such a bad oil smell it made us nauseous. After we asked to move, we swapped with the tour guide and got a much smaller room that was nice. It had no WiFi or internet, though, and there was no hot water. We’d also been told the pool would be open, but it wasn’t. The breakfast was lovely each morning, and the staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff, especially Nancy, were super friendly. We had a fabulous stay at Tenuta Cammarana with our friends. The property is full of charm and character, clean and well managed. Sylvia, the owner, was very welcoming. Highly recommended.

Silvia, Nancy and the rest of the staff were friendly and attentive, and made our stay so relaxing and lovely. The hotel is beautiful, authentic and charming, and we had a perfect time. We’ll definitely come back, and highly recommend this unique place.
