Ville Edilia Vacanze

We had plenty of room in the well-equipped villa, and the outdoor areas were great. There’s a large parking lot, and the grounds give you privacy. The free bikes were a nice bonus. Thanks for being so friendly and helpful throughout our stay :)

The outdoor setup really suits a summer stay: a huge pool, BBQ space, a big covered dining area, and a patch of turf where the kids can play. There’s parking for 2/3 cars by the entrance, and the bedrooms sleep 7 comfortably. The kitchen is small but decent. There isn’t a living room, so rainy winter days might be less ideal unless you’re happy playing board games :). The place was clean and very well kept, and Marco kindly helped whenever we needed something. We enjoyed it so much last year that we came back for 11 days this year, and were just as happy. We’ll definitely return!

We loved the quiet location and the spacious house, with its large pool and spotless rooms. The equipment was brand new, and Marco was a real gentleman who was very helpful. The beach and city are five minutes away by bike. The only issue was that WiFi didn’t reach upstairs. We’d like to come back.

Marco was a responsive, superb host and shared some excellent recommendations. The villa was very clean, had everything we needed, and came with a great pool. Some seat pads would make the seating more comfortable for lounging, but otherwise we couldn’t ask for better.
