We found the hosts friendly, and the house is spacious with a good location. But you really need a car, since shopping and getting to the beach are difficult without one. Walking along the road feels unsafe because there are no sidewalks. Also, the property is fenced toward the street but not at the back, and even large stray dogs have wandered in. The description should be changed because it’s misleading about the fencing. The living area is very spacious, but the old armchairs and sofas weren’t usable, and the furniture needs an upgrade. There’s plenty of room outside for two families, with lots of plastic loungers, chairs, and tables, though those are a bit old too. The large pool was cleaned every day, but it wasn’t really usable for us. The chemicals, especially the chlorine and salt, caused severe eye and throat pain and sometimes small skin rashes. Definitely not suitable for children. If the furniture were upgraded, the pool maintained properly, and the property fenced as promised, it could be a wonderful vacation. As it was, I think the asking price is far too high. Two out of five stars for the location and size.
