We left wanting to get our money back after the first night. Nobody had slept, and there were still two nights to go. Fortunately, we managed to sleep the next two nights, though it stayed noisy. The windows had to stay open because it was hot, and people outside were loud late into the night. The train passed too, but that was the least of our problems. Garbage collection on the first night sounded like a construction site. There were fans in every room, but we had to shut the windows against the noise and it was too hot. There were eight of us, but two extra beds that were supposed to be there weren’t made up. We had to find the sheets and make them ourselves. No one greeted us or explained anything. The cleaning ladies handed over the keys. The bathroom lock was broken, and the kitchen sink drain was too, with a basin underneath to catch the water. The TV only had a few channels. Wi-Fi was free but slow sometimes. There was no air conditioning, despite it being listed on the booking site and Trivago. Parking was another problem. Although the website said there was nearby parking, there wasn’t. Only one free space was available, and even that car was parked far away. Every night we had to race around looking for a free spot. Each morning someone upstairs poured water from the balcony, soaking ours without caring about anyone below. There weren’t even plants to water. Just rude. Never again!
