The breakfast was pretty average, but the care from the housekeeping team really stayed with me. When I came back for the glasses I’d left in the room, there was a cleaning cloth thoughtfully set beside them. I’d never before been touched by such considerate service. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels in cities around the world, and despite some of the other reviews, I felt the service here was worthy of a five-star property. Our honeymoon was wonderful, and we’re so grateful. Thank you.

The view from our window was breathtaking, and the spa was gorgeous, especially the outdoor pool. I stayed here with my girlfriends and we had such a lovely time. The room was spotless and comfortable, breakfast had a delicious range of choices, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Service was outstanding throughout. We enjoyed every moment and would love to return. Highly recommended!

We’ve now stayed at this hotel three times, and each visit has been better than the one before. The warm, sincere, caring service deserves seven stars in my book. Thank you! 👍 The new spa is stunning, with beautiful views and a calm atmosphere. It’s a great base for Rapallo and for exploring Portofino. This place stays with you, and you naturally want to come back. Highly recommended!

Giuseppe and Erwan were amazing, and helped create the kind of atmosphere travelers dream about. Everyone was kind, thoughtful, and personable, and the amenities were unmatched. This was the best travel experience I’ve ever had. I never expected to want to visit the same European destination twice, but now I would happily spend every vacation here.

I’m staying here now after a couple of us booked one night. The hotel itself is nice, but it doesn’t feel like five stars or have the luxury it claims. Breakfast, including the service, was the biggest disappointment. There was very little variety, the food quality was poor, and even the cookies seemed to be supermarket bought. It was worse than what I’d expect at a three-star hotel. In short, really disappointing.
