We were warmly welcomed for our honeymoon and were even moved to a much nicer room at no extra charge for the occasion. The staff were professional, kind, and quick to take care of any request or concern. The place was spotless, the pool had a gorgeous view, and the spa was wonderful and very clean. We also enjoyed the restaurants, and the complimentary shuttle into town was handy. The concierge responded quickly when arranging things and answering our tourist questions. For service and the hotel itself, this is the nicest place I’ve stayed. I can’t recommend it or the other hotels under their management enough.

The staff made this a wonderful family trip. The concierge happily drove us to Rapallo for excursions, the wait staff were great, and housekeeping cared for our room every day, bringing fresh flowers and keeping everything organized. The food was so fresh, I could eat fresh tomatoes and basil every day. Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. Grazie to everyone at Bristol for making our stay so memorable.

The service really made our stay enjoyable. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning and replenishing things, and the staff arranged a kettle and took care of laundry. Thank you. The rooms were light, airy, and fairly large for an Italian hotel, with a reasonably sized bathroom and excellent hot water pressure. We had lovely views over the bay, and enjoyed both dinner and the breakfast buffet. It’s a short walk out of town along scenic, winding paths, though the climb up to reception can feel daunting. The lifts are small but do the job. You just swipe your card in the lift, without needing to press a floor button.

We asked for one dish to share between two, but ended up with two orders, so be careful if there’s a language barrier. The restaurant is open to the public, and the food was top-notch, really delicious. They prepare dishes at the table, too.

We had such a great stay, especially because the staff were so thoughtful and caring with us and our 8-week-old daughter. We’re not big fans of the Italian Riviera, but this hotel makes us want to come back. 10/10.
