There was a Russian flag on the hotel balcony. We stayed for three days without hot water in the shower, and there wasn't a hairdryer in the room. Reception wasn't staffed in the morning. The place was far too expensive.

Traveling with a dog? I'd skip this place. Booking says an extra fee may apply, but once we arrived we found out it was 20 euros, nearly the cost of another person. For that extra money, you can find more interesting accommodation in Rapallo.

The price was fair for what we got, and the staff were really friendly. Our room was clean, too.
