Il Battello

I had booked the apartment from December 27, 2019, to January 4, 2020, but left after only a few hours. The place was dirty: the curtains had 3 cm of dirt along the bottom, and the blinds were broken and couldn't be raised, so the sea view was just a dream. The sofa cushions were dirty too, and even my cats wouldn't go near them. The toilet seat was broken, and the tsunami-style terrace didn't even have a broom or dustpan. I called the agency owner, Ms. Cinzia, who offered us a €100 discount to stay in those miserable conditions. I'd paid for the apartment in November, and I declined because I'm not used to living uncomfortably. I was traveling with two cats and had paid for them as well. I hate giving this property one star. It deserved a "-" in front. I highly recommend this property.
