Ilaria kept everything spotless and was always around when we needed her. She also made homemade cakes for us, and the place has a private giardino, room for kids to play, and two bathrooms. It’s very clean and quiet, with a forest close by and San Quirico and Siena about half an hour away. A really convenient base for Tuscany. We’ll definitely come back!

The location worked really well for exploring Tuscany. The apartment looked just like the photos, and was beautiful and spotless. Ilaria was a lovely host, very helpful, and treated us to cakes and tiramisu.

The apartment was beautiful, fully equipped, and Ilaria was happy to help with anything we needed. We were two hikers on the Tuscan Via Lauretana and stayed at Casa Titty on May 27th after a stopover. Ilaria greeted us with a smile, cold water, and a freshly baked apple pie. That evening we shared a delicious dinner with her family, chatting in a relaxed mood until late. It was a wonderful experience personally too. I’d love to return to see the nearby spa and explore the area. Highly recommended, well done Ilaria!

Ilaria made us feel welcome with a delicious homemade dessert, and she's always available, whether we needed something for the apartment or wanted suggestions for things to see nearby. Casa Titty is a comfortable, cozy, well-furnished apartment, spotlessly clean and supplied with everything we needed plus a few extras. It's a green, quiet spot just beyond the historic center. The Wi-Fi is excellent too. I'll be back and will recommend it to friends.

Getting in via the access ramp took a little maneuvering, but the stay itself was lovely. This charming, private B&B is cared for down to the details, very clean and welcoming. Ms. Ilaria made us feel at home right away. It's a few kilometers from the spa and around half an hour from Siena. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
