Maddalena was quick and efficient with the arrangements, and sent a welcome note with directions and useful tips. She was also very kind and ready to help. The hotel is close to the thermal baths, and its location is handy for seeing the area. Our room felt welcoming and was very clean, with the things we needed, including a double plug, hairdryer, courtesy kit, and extra pillows. Breakfast was good and fairly priced.

We had a short but lovely stay, and even made it to Siena, about 25 km away. The residence is easy to reach for loading and unloading, and from there we could walk to the spa, town, bars, and pizzerias. For the quality and amenities, the price is excellent. Everything was clean, the welcome was friendly, and breakfast was good.

The rooms were tidy, and breakfast was generous. Maddalena was professional, kind, and helpful, and the property is near the spa. I’d gladly book here again if I come back to Rapolano. One small suggestion: the pen in the notebook could use replacing so guests can leave a dedication. I recommend the place.

We came back to this B&B after a few years, but the upkeep has disappointed. The air conditioning was noisy and couldn't be regulated, there was no shower stall, and the refrigerator didn't work. The veranda area was poorly maintained, and breakfast was missing fresh produce.
