The owners were very attentive, and the rooms were clean with thoughtful finishing touches. The house has been freshly renovated, with comfortable beds and plenty of space. Restaurants and bars are close by, and there’s free public parking nearby. A handy base for a few days exploring the area or enjoying Terme. I’d definitely come back someday.

We came across Villa Fontis Rapolano by chance while looking for somewhere to stay during work in Siena, and it turned out to be a great find. The place is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and furnished with care. From there, it’s only a few minutes to the thermal baths and about 20 minutes to Siena, so it suited both work and downtime. We loved our two nights and highly recommend it.

Getting into town was easy by public transport: a bus from Siena's city center stops just steps from the front door. That makes this a good choice if you’re staying for the spa but want to spend a day exploring the city. The room was bright, shiny, and perfect, and the whole facility was meticulously maintained. The manager was kind and discreet, while always being available for anything we needed, especially on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Compliments on this little gem!

Everything is walkable, with a breakfast bar on the first floor and a pizzeria, restaurant, and trattoria nearby. The spa is very close too. We spent two nights here with family and found the new property spotlessly clean and well cared for. The staff were extremely friendly. We’ll definitely return, highly recommended!
