I came to Rapolla last September on a work trip. It was my first time leaving Northern Italy and visiting the south. Torino feels like home to me, so seeing endless olive groves and hardly anyone around when I arrived felt unsettling, and I was out of my comfort zone. I even considered going home early. Meeting Marco, the owner of Hotel L’Amena Quisisana, changed the whole trip. Right from the start he treated me with warmth and respect, and showed me how much hospitality and human connection matter. Through him, I got to experience the generous, genuine heart of Southern Italy. Marco is also a talented cook. On several occasions he offered me delicious meals he had prepared with care and passion, entirely of his own kindness. That generosity went well beyond what I expected. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable too. A trip that began with so much uncertainty became a beautiful memory. If you want somewhere that feels like home, where you're treated as a valued person rather than just a guest, I highly recommend Hotel L’Amena Quisisana. Thank you, Marco, for showing me the true spirit of Southern Italy.

The owner, Marco, was so friendly and helpful. He showed us around his winery in Rapolla's historic center, then let us taste excellent wine and some legendary aged cheese. We'll definitely return! The B&B has lovely, brand-new rooms with lots of attention to detail. It's surrounded by nature and a good distance from the center. Highly recommended!

Our first family holiday was with two adults and two little girls, and the spacious, clean, comfortable room made it easy to relax. The peaceful setting and lovely scenery felt restorative, and Marco's hospitality and helpfulness made the trip even better. He also treated us to an aperitif of local specialties in his very unusual restaurant/cave. Breakfast was delicious and served generously. Thank you.

Marco made us feel like we'd met an old friend. He was attentive, caring, and ready to help with whatever we needed. He suggested routes to the Lakes of Monticchio, Melfi, Venosa, and Rionero in Vulture, all easy to reach from this well-located property. The room itself was lovely, comfortable, and, above all, clean. One evening he treated us to a meal he'd cooked himself using authentic local ingredients, in a renovated cellar he owns nearby. It was a wonderful experience, and we plan to come back. Maybe in autumn, for chestnut picking.

We had a really relaxing weekend in this beautiful green setting. Marco, the owner, was so kind and welcoming. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, including for people traveling with dogs. We'll definitely be back soon!
