We got out after only two days and lost the €300 deposit. The place was a double zero, though I gave it one star because I had to. We had booked from August 7th to 20th, and the welcome was awful. The house was a hovel, with a wobbly toilet, a broken shower, and taps covered in limescale. We were three people but found only one towel, despite needing one for the face and one for the bidet. The sofa squeaked, and the kitchen had just a pot and a lid for cooking. The bedrooms were damp and moldy near the ceiling and top of the walls, with no air conditioning. One had a prison-style window; another had a bunk bed in a windowless closet. There was air conditioning only in the kitchen, no linens, and the television didn't work. The total was supposed to be €800. The lesson is, it was a scam, and the owner was truly rude and impolite!!!!!

Sicily has two sides, Arab and Greek. This is the Arab side.
