We had the whole hotel for our family and friends while my daughter’s wedding was held at hotel Bonadies, and everybody raved about their stay. The views from the decks are amazing, the place was clean, and it has that authentic Italian hotel feel. The staff made us feel at home, and the food was excellent, from the wedding meal to pizza, drinks and ravioli. Suita Carrano, the wedding planner associated with the hotel, did an amazing job putting together a three-day wedding package.

The pool area was clean and the water was warm, and breakfast was nice enough that we left satisfied. We enjoyed our stay in this quiet, lovely hotel. I learned that it has been run by five generations of one family, who still work there. The staff were kind and welcoming, the room had everything we needed, even a toothbrush and toothpaste, and the air conditioning kept it from getting too hot.

The facilities and location were good, and the rest of the staff were polite and helpful, but one staff member treated me very badly. He was rude and disrespectful from the start, refused to give me his name when I wanted to complain, and nearly started an argument. The manager witnessed it and did nothing. Of the eight hotels we stayed at in Italy, this was the only one where we were treated so poorly. It spoiled my impression of the hotel.

The owners are such down-to-earth people, and the views are amazing. It’s a family-run hotel with cleanliness that was a 10/10 for us. We’d stay here again!
