La Moresca

The sea-view balcony room was amazing, and even though it was small, it had everything we needed and enough room to feel comfortable and put things away. The rooftop is glorious, the location is perfect, and the breakfast selection makes you smile. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. This place has real character and personality, and the wine gift in the room was such a thoughtful touch. A beautiful little gem.

La Moresca was a dream for our honeymoon, and we already want to plan another Italy trip just to stay there. Our Superior Double Room Sea View was stunning, with distinctive, luxurious decor, a comfortable bed, and incredible views. It had two balconies, one facing the Amalfi coastline and one overlooking the square. For the area, the price felt remarkably affordable even in high season, and after weeks of research, I couldn’t find anything else that matched the quality, rates, reviews and room views. Communication was great from the moment we booked. I asked countless questions and they were kind, quick to respond and accommodating. They arranged a car from Naples airport, then when our flight kept getting delayed by half a day, Francesca helped move the pickup time again and again. We didn’t arrive until nearly 1 a.m., but she was still available to get us checked in and settled. In the room, a handwritten congratulations note and a bottle of wine were waiting for us. The rooftop breakfast each morning was delicious and filling, with a wonderful spread and good coffee. At reception, we got a map of Ravello, the bus schedule and lots of useful suggestions for exploring. Even in high season, Ravello didn’t feel very crowded or touristy. It’s a quiet little oasis among the busier Amalfi Coast spots, and I hope it stays that way. We couldn’t have asked for more from our honeymoon.

Such a quiet, welcoming place, and the location is incredible. The hotel is so unique that you can take pictures without even going out. If you want somewhere good value and affordable, I’d definitely recommend it. 10/10.

Ana and Francesca were consistently attentive and thoughtful, and their help went well beyond what I expected. Their efforts made a real difference to my stay. They’re a real credit to Ravello’s hospitality and tourism, and the town is lucky to have them representing it.
