Ravello In

The service was a blessing, and the room was beautiful and clean. The Ravello In is right in the central square. Thank you so much from Toronto, Canada.

The lady welcomed us warmly and even offered breakfast, though it wasn't included. She really made us feel looked after. We spent one night at this lovely hotel overlooking Piazza Duomo, Ravello's main square. We'd booked a triple room, but at the last minute our daughter decided to stay with her grandparents. I contacted the hotel, and the lady kindly gave us the best room in Capri. It was modern and meticulously maintained, with a window over the square and a side terrace where we could have breakfast and take in the view. Highly recommended.

Ravello itself is stunning, an ancient village perched in the Monti Lattari park with romantic, breathtaking views over the Amalfi Coast. Even without the villas, I found the village beautiful. Villa Rufolo was closed for a concert, so I couldn't visit; a quick Google search will show what I missed. Villa Cimbrone was closed too, since I arrived late. I had my cousin in a wheelchair with me, and we managed the winding streets easily. A motorized wheelchair would be best for the occasional steep but short climb. If you're on the Amalfi Coast, Ravello is a jewel between the sea and the mountains.

The rooms are very close together, so you can hear everything. That's the only drawback. The decor is really modern, with a smart TV, shower and private bathroom, and I slept well. It's right in the center of the square. Fantastic otherwise, I recommend it ❤️
