We were happy with our stay. Riccardo was very courteous and friendly, and the apartment was clean, with comfortable, spacious rooms and a lovely big balcony. It would have been nice to have the TV in the bedroom instead of the living room, and a drying rack on the balcony. There’s no air conditioning or heating, and the shower enclosure is rather narrow, so someone bigger may have trouble closing the door. I’d recommend it especially to families with children, even though there aren’t any toys for them. It’s near the sea and the public beach.

The beach is only a 10-minute walk away, with a pizzeria nearby too. This residence isn’t modern, but it’s still fine if you’re looking to spend a couple of weeks by the sea. It’s near the beach. The main drawback is that there’s no elevator, which is hard for families with small children and guests on the upper floors.

The large terrace was the best part, perfect for eating outside in the summer breeze. The location is excellent, with all the essentials close by, including a municipal water dispenser for 5 cents a liter. The apartment itself is basic, small and poorly equipped, and the furnishings could really use an update.

It’s not far from the beach, and the place is clean. But the kitchen had no sponge, salt or sugar, and there wasn’t even a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The toiletries mentioned when booking were missing too. We told the management and got no reply. Wi-Fi isn’t a luxury these days, and although there was supposedly a network, nobody knew the password. Without air conditioning it was very difficult, and they could at least have provided a fan.
