The people, Ciao Massimiliano, are totally 5 star. They welcome you, listen and maybe fuss over you a bit. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s an easy walk to town with good value for money. Breakfast is simple, and the rooms aren’t 5 star nonsense, but I loved staying here. Recommended. :)

We had reserved a room for 22-25.05, then had to cancel our trip because of the massive flooding in Ravenna. We asked to cancel two days before we were due to go, because of the flooding, but had no success. The hotel wouldn’t return the money. I don’t recommend this place, and I’m still waiting for a refund.

Everyone was sweet, and breakfast was simple but really good. A really good place to stay!

The traffic and nearby railway crossing made it impossible for me to sleep. My room was on the ground floor and felt like sleeping right on the street, with noise going all night. I wouldn't choose a street-facing room if you can't handle that.

The hosts were so warm and friendly, always doing their best to make us comfortable. The location is handy too, close to both the main station and the city center.
