Bezzi Palace

Breakfast was a feast for both the eyes and the tastebuds, and the hotel is a short stroll from Ravenna's many highlights. It still feels tucked away. Everything was spotlessly clean, and I got to experience sleeping in a circular bed for the first time. The team gave us the warmest welcome and were charming and informative. Very special!

The whole hotel was very clean, and the rooms were a good size. It's also just a short walk from the town center. But what stood out most was the staff. They were more welcoming, friendly, and helpful than the team at any hotel I can think of staying at. They really care about their guests. I'd definitely return.

Breakfast had a great selection and was high quality, and the staff were kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, nicely decorated, and everything was new. I first booked one night, then had to move to another hotel for one night because there were no rooms available. I came back the next day for two more nights. Hotel Palazzo Bezzi is definitely the number one hotel in Ravenna for me. I'll stay here from now on.

The city is beautiful, and I'll be back in Ravenna one day. When I do, I'll stay at this hotel again. From my phone call that morning to our arrival, everyone was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The hotel itself is stunning and immaculately clean. The room for the two children and their parents had little cups, children's toiletries, dressing gowns, and slippers. After dinner, we came back to gift bags for both children, filled with toys, games, and sweets. Breakfast offered lots of choice and high-quality food, with waiters who were discreet and very professional. Ravenna is a hidden gem, and this hotel is a gem within it. Thank you.
