Lido di Dante - La Casera, Cavaliere d'Italia Room. Federica was punctual, and my two-star rating is only about the room. It had new furnishings, including in the bathroom, but the space was VERY small and not right for a week-long stay. There was just a little fan instead of air conditioning, no blackout curtains, mini-fridge, balcony, bathroom shelves or towel racks, and no toilet/bidet. The TV was beside the bed, and you could hear people talking between rooms in this tiny apartment building. There were barely any towels.

I've been using Federica Vacanze for four years in a row now, and expect to keep doing so. The owners are always willing to go out of their way to meet whatever you need, and the agency's professionalism and know-how really stand out. I'd recommend them if you're looking for a summer holiday apartment.

They answered my email straight away, and speaking with Federica on the phone was easy too. She was knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I'm just sorry we didn't reach an agreement.
