The sea is about a 10-minute walk away, and the town center is similarly close, though both are a quick drive or bike ride too. The village has villas, most privately owned, with a reserved parking space and small garden in front of each one. Dogs are welcome unless a landlord says otherwise. Shared green spaces are looked after by the caretaker/gardener and include a playground, ping pong, vending machines, and two large pools, one shallow for kids and one for adults. Umbrellas and loungers are free. During roughly the school holidays, the pool runs 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The houses are close together and the gardens are near each other, so it's not a place for privacy. June and September are peaceful and quiet; July and August are busier, with more activities like water aerobics and piadina parties.

The Teodorico Resort itself is charming and has a lot going for it, especially for families. We had a wonderful stay overall, but the apartment, which was owned or managed by the Dune Hotel, was shabby in its furnishings and cleanliness. For the price we paid, I expected more, so I can't give the apartment a positive review. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because I'd love to return to the Teodorico Resort.

We stayed as guests of a tenant. The little house had everything we needed for a great vacation and was comfortable, with a small garden big enough for meals outside. The village is fenced and entry requires remote controls, and every house has its own numbered parking space. Just cross the road and you're at the beach, only a few steps away. The village restaurant is run by lovely, helpful people, and the food was very good.

The most striking thing for me was how clean and tidy the whole Villaggio was. There are 250 small two-story houses, and the grounds are closed off, with entry only by a valid key. Greenery is everywhere, with vending machines for coffee, sweets, or drinks. Kids can enjoy the slides, and there are two great pools, a deep one for adults and a shallow children's pool up to 60 centimeters. There were always loungers and good umbrellas for shade. It's a fun place to stay, and the sea is very close, about 300 m away. I highly recommend it.
