The food was good overall, and the service was good too, but the whole experience felt cramped and chaotic, especially at dinner. The rooms made my family and me feel nauseous because of how claustrophobic they were.

The Italian staff were welcoming, there was plenty of space for different activities, and the drinks were amazing! The rooms are standard, but the cooks offer a wide range of deliciously prepared dishes. I recommend it.

The kitchen staff, beach bar team, cleaners, entertainers and information service were amazing. But the night bar, open 18-23:00, really doesn't match what you pay. They struggle to mix cocktails, and when short staffed they wouldn't make them at all. The woman at the bar seemed kind of racist, serving Italians ahead of me even when I was first in line. This happened about three times in one week. She was rude to customers, and when overwhelmed during all-inclusive hours, 11-23, she wouldn't make cocktails that were clearly on the “4 free” list. She even insulted my choices as not “manly enough.” A Wodka sunrise also costs extra because apparently it's too special. You can order a Wodka orange and a pomegranate orange drink, but not the same ingredients as a Wodka sunrise.

The rooms were decent and reception staff were good, but the food and restaurant service were terrible. It was noisy at all hours. I can understand music from the bar, but why keep playing that tourism video fanfare over and over in an empty tent just below the rooms, even at midnight? It's a dull place on a beach, though the beach itself isn't much to look at.
