For the price, it's excellent value, and we found the rooms comfortable, modern, and clean. The hospitality was good too. The downside is the location: it's too close to the train tracks, which rattle at night, and being near the station, the area feels unsafe, especially when coming home late. The bathroom vent was in bad shape (see photo), which made me wonder about the air conditioning filters too. It needs fixing, and the bathroom plaster needs repair as well. It looks unsightly against the otherwise well-kept room.

The room was comfortable and clean, with new furnishings, and very nice. It's fairly central and close to the train station.

We got to check into our orange room on the top floor a little early, which was great. It was quiet and conveniently close to both the train station and the old town. There was lots of storage and hanging space, and the comfortable beds had a power outlet right by the head. Wi-Fi and air conditioning both worked perfectly. The kebab shop next door is great for a quick snack!

Right in central Ravenna, Residenza 8 is well connected and only steps from the central station. Our room was spacious, very clean, and quiet and comfortable overall, with good amenities. The owner was very kind and gave us lots of useful tips about things to do and places to eat.

They had delicious coffee and cookies waiting for us when we arrived. The room was spacious, tidy, and clean, with daily cleaning. The location is excellent, just steps from the train station and a few minutes' walk to the city center. A positive experience!
