Just one night in April for us. The location is great, across the street from the beach and a five-minute walk from the chalk stone cliffs. The room was spacious, recently painted, and the bed was comfortable, though it felt a bit worn overall. The small toilet hadn't been remodeled recently. Breakfast was okay, with plenty of sweet things but fewer savory choices, and the coffee wasn't good. It's practical and good value if you're after somewhere basic, not fancy.

We had lunch at the beach bar after visiting the turkish steps. It wasn't too crowded, and the food was good. I hadn't planned ahead because I didn't know you could climb the steps. You have to book a time online, $5 per person for 35 minutes. I still enjoyed seeing them from a distance.

The room was huge, the staff were friendly, and breakfast had lots of good options. The pool was clean and nice, and the location is great, near the beach, with a bar and restaurant on site. Our floor still had a bit of sand when we arrived, which I can understand is hard to avoid so close to the beach. It's a small thing, just noticed it. We also didn't find the foam mattress comfortable, though other people might. If you're going to Scala dei Turchi, this is a good place to stay.

The hotel food was delicious and served very elegantly, and the staff were lovely and helpful. The pool is very clean and a good size for the number of guests. There's plenty nearby, including large sandy beaches, restaurants, a souvenir shop, and Scala dei Tuschi right next door. They replaced soap, toilet paper, toothbrush cups, and bedding every day. A grocery store closer by would have been nice.

My possible no.1 junior suite had a wonderful sea view in three directions. I was impressed by how clean and well designed the room, hotel, and garden were, and the pool was spotless and quiet. At breakfast, though, I missed having vegan choices. In 2023, it shouldn't be so hard to offer a few pastries without animal products. Italy has great vegan products, and they could just order some from a supermarket.
