The owner was rude from check-in, and things got worse when we reported the problems. We were meant to stay for 10 days, but she accused us of looking for an excuse not to pay. Instead of apologizing, she tried to throw us out and blamed us for damage without any proof of the property's original condition. We had to call the police to protect ourselves. We trusted the positive comments, but now find them very questionable. The apartment was filthy, including inside and outside the cupboards. The kitchen cabinet doors were so greasy my hand stuck to them, the dish drainer was rusty, and the pots and pans were too worn and scratched to use, which felt like a health risk. The mattress and pillows sagged and smelled so bad we had to buy at least new pillows. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom, only the kitchen, despite the website saying the apartment had air conditioning. It was scorching hot. The balcony chairs were old and worn, and the wood could leave splinters.

On the sixth floor, the apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and nicely ventilated. It had air conditioning, two bathrooms, and two balconies for relaxing. Parking is difficult if you arrive by car, and in the evenings we could hear traffic and motorcycles on the highway.

We had a great time in the lovely, cool apartment. Daniela and her husband are really kind people. I recommend it to everyone. RIZZI

The owners were so friendly and made us feel welcome. A great base for exploring Recco and the area nearby.
