It’s a beautiful hotel in the middle of nature, with excellent food, a great breakfast, and very friendly, accommodating service. It’s a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. Just be aware that it’s a long way out and practically impossible to reach without a car. If peace and good food are what you’re after, this place is perfect.

We had such a calm, relaxing stay, with beautiful views all around. One night we were lucky enough to see lava flowing down Mount Etna, which was unforgettable. The staff were professional, exceptional, and always ready to help, and the food was delicious. The 7-course menu was a highlight. I’d gladly come back to recharge and get away from everyday life. I also fell for the hotel’s little furry friends. Having animals around added so much warmth to the stay.

The breakfasts were outstanding, with fresh products, plenty to choose from, and excellent quality. We loved the delicious food, and from the moment we arrived the staff made us feel welcome with their kindness, helpfulness, and smiles. Best hotel of our trip to Sicily by far!

The breakfast was excellent, and we really appreciated how attentive and respectful the service was. It’s a beautiful hotel, though the surrounding part of Scicily isn’t so beautiful. The rooms could use better air conditioning and sound insulation.

We had a great stay at Rocca dei Saraceni and would gladly come back. A few small things would need attention before I’d give it five stars. The location is secluded and peaceful, with lovely views of Etna, the valleys, and plenty of local plants and animals. The pool area was fantastic and clean, though the loungers would be more comfortable with cushions. Service was excellent, friendly, and quick. The lady from Argentina was especially nice and attentive to guests.
