We spent two nights in the house, tucked among hills covered with olive trees. It was so quiet and peaceful. Niccolo was a gracious, hospitable owner who explained the area, transport, nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and other useful things. We'd gladly return for a longer visit, and recommend staying in this beautiful house.

We chose this place because it was close to the train station for day trips to Florence, and that worked out really well. We had a fantastic visit and the host went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. His suggestions for places to eat and things to see were spot on. We'd definitely stay here again when we're back in the area. Give it a try!

This is one of the most memorable places I've stayed. If you're coming here, you're probably after a real rural Italian stay, with local food, scenery, outdoor activities, atmosphere, and hospitality, rather than luxurious Hyatt-style accommodation. Niccolo is a charming owner. The place isn't modern, but it's clean and furnished, considering how isolated it is. The Tuscan sunset was amazing, with crickets chirping all around. The pool felt just like the one I had as a kid back in the States, and the tennis court is brilliant. If you play tennis and want a bit of rural agriturismo in Toscana, I'd choose this place without hesitation. The road up through the hills was rough enough that I wondered how I'd get back down. There were lots of bugs outside, naturally, but surprisingly none inside. Those things just added to the charm for me. Breakfast was wonderfully authentic. Niccolo makes it himself by hand, and you can really feel the land in the food. It's all 100% Tuscan. The quiet was one of my favorite parts. The villa sits in nature where you can walk with your dog or relax beside the beautiful pool. It's ten minutes from The Mall Firenze and forty from Florence, and both are worth a visit. When we arrived, the typical Italian villa and its expansive grounds immediately charmed us. Bright flowers across the picturesque outdoor spaces made everything feel peaceful. Niccolò was especially welcoming and helpful from check-in onward. He shared useful local tips and interesting facts, and even booked a restaurant for us, which made for a lovely meal. For a genuine Italian getaway, the beautiful property, stylish pool, and Niccolò's warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable.
