We made our own pizza in the oven on the terrace, watched football at the local club in the sixth division, and went hiking, cycling, and tasting wine and olive oil during our week in the area. We also took a cooking workshop at Borroncino. The apartments are well equipped, and the view over the Arno valley and Balze is stunning. Reggello is a 10-15 minute walk away. Francesco, Maria and Tomasso have made a beautiful holiday home in the hills, and their warm welcome made our family feel at home right from the start. Dolce Vita!

The owner and his family are so lovely. We had another wonderful week at Podere Berrettino, our favorite place in Tuscany. We'll definitely be back.

Lovely location, and although the pool is shared with two other apartments, there's plenty of room. A lot of the furnishings are old, though, and don't work properly.

We spent nine wonderful days here and hope we can come back. The cottage is charming, set in the Tuscan hills, with a stunning view of Reggello. The hosts are friendly and do their best to make the stay enjoyable. There's a large pool among the olive trees, and you can buy olive oil they produce themselves. The farm's driveway is quite steep and felt a little daunting at first, but once you're moving, it's easy to get up. Reggello makes a great base for exploring, with delicious ice cream and excellent restaurants, especially Restaurant 1250 in the charming town square. From nearby Figline Valdarno station, the train to Florence takes less than 40 minutes.
