The shared balcony was a lovely spot for coffee or breakfast, and the rooms were quiet enough for us to get a real rest. They were clean, roomy, and comfortable, too. I was in Archi for family matters, so the location suited me perfectly for my 3-night stay. The host was incredibly kind and very willing to help. I'd definitely recommend it.

We especially appreciated the thoughtful details, and the owner was kind and attentive. Breakfast was included at the nearby artisan pastry shop, "ART CAFÉ," just a few meters away. The property is beautifully kept, with a quiet location that's convenient for amenities. Parking is inside the property behind an automatic gate. Our room felt new and was tastefully furnished, with a new bathroom and a spacious shower. We'll definitely come back. ❤️ See you soon, Margherita and Luciano

Such good value for money, and a great base near both the center and the sea. On-site parking was very convenient. The owner was friendly and went out of their way to help. Our spacious, bright room was spotless and nicely furnished, and the living room and shared terrace were lovely. I also liked the bergamot-based toiletries made locally. Breakfast is at a good café within walking distance. Everything was perfect!

If I come back to Reggio, I'd stay here again. It's a great choice for people traveling by car, with the port nearby and the city center and highway just a few kilometers away. The host was lovely, friendly, and happy to answer questions. Our room was quiet and spacious, and the bathroom was impeccably clean. I'd suggest booking breakfast too, served at a very good bar 200 meters away. Suitable for young people, couples, and families.
