Good value for the money. You can get the full Reggio experience by eating traditional dishes cooked by the owner in the lovely garden. It feels like home.

Breakfast is served on the veranda overlooking a wonderful garden, with coffee, tea, croissants, eggs, marmalade, cookies, and fruit. Michele is welcoming in person and generous. The B&B has a natural style, with wooden furniture, ceramic masks on the walls, and tapestries in the rooms, which gives it a distinct southern Italian atmosphere. I stayed in the spacious Menthe ("mint") room, with its own bathroom, A/C, and TV. The king-size bed was super comfortable, and there was a wardrobe, two bedside tables, a bookcase, console table, mirror, and paintings. It's centrally located behind the museum, in a lovely green area near Lido train station and the port for boats to Sicily. The sea is a 5-minute walk away, with a long, beautiful promenade and beaches with bars, sun loungers, and umbrellas. A very clean, pleasant, cozy place, and the best value for money. I highly recommend it.

The rooms are large and very clean, with a mini bar, digital television, heating, and air conditioning. There aren't many rooms, which gives the place a family feel. I was truly happy with the warmth. In the evening, the owner can sit at my table and offer guests traditional Calabrian products.

We had a really pleasant dinner made with local products, and Mr. Michele made us feel right at home. The place itself is quiet. If you’re passing through RC, I’d recommend stopping by.
