Debora and Pietro were courteous and always ready to help with anything I needed, which really made the difference. I spent a month here and had a wonderful time. The apartment had every comfort, modern furnishings, and a bus stop right outside. It’s also close to the center and all the amenities. I highly recommend staying at their properties.

The check-in was very prompt, and the apartment was clean, smelled nice, and had a very generous welcome kit. It’s fairly close to the central train station, and the historic center is about a 15-minute walk. We were only there for one night for the Zucchero concert. The one issue was the double bed in room 2. It creaked and felt unstable, so I ended up sleeping in the bunk bed 😟.

If you’re after a quiet night in the center of Reggio Emilia, this place is ideal. It’s about 3 minutes from Conad and 15 minutes from the station. I travel a lot these days, and I’ve rarely stayed somewhere so welcoming. The room was spotless, and the owner was always available. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. It’s only a few minutes from both the center and the train station. Nothing to complain about, one of the best places I’ve stayed. 100% praise.
