A real surprise, this trattoria. The owner and waitress were so friendly and helpful, and the outdoor seating was lovely. Best of all, the food was delicious and there was plenty of it. It’s the kind of place that feels like home when you’re looking for somewhere to eat on one of those warm autumn Sundays. Beautiful and delicious, that’s all. I almost kept this to myself so it wouldn’t get too crowded 🤣. Five well-earned stars. See you soon!

There’s handy private parking out back, and the atmosphere is quiet and well kept. During the week, the €13 daily set lunch is very good, with an excellent range of varied dishes. Follow me and give me a like.

The homey feel is what makes this place stand out, not the Christmas tree or nativity scene. It’s a simple, warm, relaxing spot for lunch, just how I like it. We ordered from the à la carte menu: pumpkin, honey, and almond ravioli, which was delicious even though I don’t usually like sweet food, and nettle and almond risotto, cooked just right and nicely balanced. There weren’t any main courses, but the sides were generous. The sautéed potatoes and mixed vegetables rounded things out well. I’d like to come back for the different meats, especially the game. I’d heard mixed things, but this is a very honest trattoria with itself and its guests, and that’s no small thing these days. I’ll be back.
