The location was excellent, and breakfast was good, with packaged pastries, coffee pods, and fruit juices. But the room was dirty: there was hair and dust around, a yellow mark on the pillow, mold and rust in the shower, and hairs on the bathroom floor. We slept on top of the bed. We paid 70 euros to stay somewhere so dirty, and I don't think I'll return.

The B&B is in a convenient spot for different kinds of trips, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and equipped with what we needed. At check-in, the women were very kind, helpful, and punctual. They also replied quickly to messages and gave detailed answers to our questions. I highly recommend it!

The apartment was cozy and in a good location, which makes it a shame the stay went so badly. The bed and linens were old, the sheets were covered in pills, and the room was stifling hot. The air conditioning didn't work, and the owner brought in a fan that only pushed out hot air and made noise. We couldn't sleep and left before 4:00 a.m. Honestly, we might as well have slept in the car at a service station. An experience I'd rather forget.

The rooms were clean, and the location near the university was a plus. Still, there was no water and the receptionist was rude. Anyone who can't guarantee service should let guests know. You can decide for yourself whether it's worth the price.

The owners were so helpful and kind, and the hospitality was wonderful. I had a pleasant stay, with a very comfortable bed and excellent cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was great too. The B&B is right in the heart of the city on Viale Marconi, very close to McDonald's.
