Parco d'Arte AltArt

The manager was consistently kind and helpful, and the hospitality was excellent. I was there for a couple of business days. It’s set among the hills with lovely views, and there’s private parking, a garden used for events, and spacious, comfortable rooms.

The room itself was very good, though the bed was quite low and the old mattress felt soft. Cleaning was limited during my four-night stay, with the room serviced only once. Getting around wasn’t convenient either: it’s about a 15-minute walk on an unlit country road, away from the city’s restaurants and shops. There were several practical problems inside. The internet didn’t work on my floor, and staff made no effort to fix it when I reported it. I also had trouble with the air conditioning, which the cleaning lady sorted out. She was the one bright spot, along with the only staff member who was really helpful. Most of the day there was nobody working in the house, and the staff didn’t speak English. Even when I translated requests about the WiFi and help calling a taxi into Italian, they weren’t very willing to assist. We had arranged a taxi for 8:30, but at 8:10 the receptionist came shouting that we had to leave right then. I asked him in Italian to slow down so we could translate, but he kept yelling quickly.

A lovely spot to unwind, whether you’re a couple, family, or group of friends. The garden is beautiful, with a small pool, and there’s a restaurant serving homemade food and a selection of drinks. The staff are friendly and receptive to what guests need, so you feel welcome. Prices are affordable, and groups can arrange a party here too. I recommend it.

A wonderful place to find some peace and relax, with helpful staff there for everything.
