Appartamenti Flat 2015

Even without a car, it’s an easy 7-8 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and there are a couple of restaurants nearby. The area is very quiet in the evening. The owners are extremely kind. The apartment I stayed in was large, clean, well equipped, and well heated, so I highly recommend it for the value. Appartamenti Flat 2015 is in a gated, well maintained residential complex with an outdoor patio.

The host was exceptional and made us feel right at home. It was really helpful having someone to contact with questions who could help at any time. The apartment was spacious and very clean, and ideal for a visit to the Milan Fair. Highly recommended!

We stayed in two rooms, both clean, cozy, and simple. The attic room, I think the only one without a kitchen, was well organized. It has a double bed and two singles, so four friends could share it easily, plus a bathroom with the amenities, towels, and hairdryer. There’s also a TV, heating or air conditioning, and a coffee machine. I hadn’t asked for a kitchen, so not having one wasn’t a problem, especially for the price. The place is basic, clean, and fairly priced for what it offers. Stefano, the owner, is kind, friendly, helpful, and gives good advice. If you arrange it in advance, he can also take you to or pick you up from a chosen spot for a small fee. One tip if you’re on foot and can’t go far, day or night: about 300/400 meters away, Pizzeria San Michele is attached to the only bar in the area. The pizza has good ingredients and light dough, and they do takeaway too. The people there are kind and friendly, and the prices are fair. Simple, good value, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a low price.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and functional, with parking, and it’s only a few kilometers from the Rho Fiera exhibition center. We got a wonderful welcome, Wolf included, and had a great time.
