Our unit was on Via P. Togliatti, one of several units they have. It's in a quiet neighbourhood near Fiera Milano in Rho, with a bus stop right outside and a ride of under 10 minutes. The apartment can fit six or seven people at a fair price. It had a fully equipped kitchen, bath towels, and two bathrooms. The upper bathroom was bright, while the one downstairs was rather dark. The host was reasonably flexible and waited patiently for our early evening check-in. The main difficulty was getting upstairs. A very narrow spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where three single beds are, and moving our luggage up was extremely difficult. We asked for help and waited for a colleague to bring keys to the back door, which was supposed to give access to the upper floor, but the keys didn't work. With strong men in your group or only a cabin-sized suitcase, it may be manageable. Otherwise, be careful not to hurt yourself carrying things up those stairs. We were told at check-in that the hot water tank holds only 80L and takes a while to warm up, which was inconvenient for our group. The upstairs bathroom vent had to stay off because its loud noise bothered the next-door neighbour, who came over and screamed at us for using it. Grocery stores are nearby, but shampoo or shower gel, garbage bags, and toilet paper aren't supplied, so bring your own. I'm not sure we'll return.
