We appreciated that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual when we asked. The reception staff were so kind and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well organized. Our stay at Hotel HMR Rho Milano was pleasant, though the room was a little cold.

6/10
The room was great, and the staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We had a pleasant stay, but noise from other guests and bins being moved spoiled it a bit. The air conditioning didn't work, so we kept the window open, which made the early morning departures especially disruptive. Fixing the AC and improving the sound insulation would have made the stay much more enjoyable.

The hotel is in a good, quiet area. I'd recommend it if you want to stay a little away from Milano.
