It's very close to the exhibition center, but the surrounding area is mostly commercial. Without a car, there aren't many places to go for dinner. Check-in was also tricky because we don't speak Italian: we had to find the key in a box, and nobody could explain where it was.

The only real advantage is being within walking distance of the hospital, which is near the metro. At €120 a night, I expected more. The bed was uncomfortable and badly made, there wasn't even a bottle of water in the fridge, and the vending machines were poorly stocked. For food, you have to drive a long way or settle for a terrible place that seems to be riding on its reviews. For the same price, I'd go somewhere else that at least includes breakfast. Worst €120 I've spent.
