Calabrisella Night brought back warm memories of my mom’s home cooking. As a second-generation Calabrian living in Canada, I especially appreciated how they went out of their way to recreate authentic Calabrian food and hospitality, which is second to none. Carlo and Rosa deserve special thanks for taking the time to make us feel welcome and wanted. Our family of 10 had a memorable stay at Hotel Calabrisella in Capo Vaticano during the week of September 22 to October 01. The resort was clean, our rooms were kept spotless, and the pool was in excellent condition. Breakfast had plenty for everyone. The service was incredible, and the staff were there for us any time of day. We’d definitely return.

A peaceful, pleasant hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and had air conditioning, a comfy bed, balcony, mini fridge, closet, and mirror. Breakfast was tasty, with plenty of choices and great coffee. The pool is large and clean, though a few minutes’ walk from the hotel.

The regional homemade food, peaceful surroundings, and warmth of the people won us over right away. The service was exceptional, and this place felt like home, not just somewhere to stay. Places this genuine and special are rare treasures, worth supporting. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Everyone was so kind, smiling, and helpful, and our dogs felt comfortable here too. The homemade regional food was masterful, the service was great, and the surroundings were peaceful. This family hotel has a real soul and felt more like home than a hotel. Places like this are getting rarer and deserve appreciation and support. See you next year, and I’ll definitely bring my parents! Ps. Elio can't wait to drink Amaro del Capo :)

Breakfast was a typical Italian hotel spread, with bread and pastries. We chose dinner from a list in the morning, and it changed each day, which was a plus. Drinks with dinner cost extra. The location was decent, by the main road, around 15-20 minutes on foot to both the beach and train station. I enjoyed staying here. It’s a cozy, family-run hotel, and I was very happy with the accommodation. Our clean room had a bathroom, small terrace, TV, and AC, and housekeeping came every day. I could see the sea from the terrace. You leave feeling like a guest, not a client.
